“Incredible space. They did an excellent job of incorporating culture, comfort and class. My only feedback is to a coffee station in the hotel (there is a Tim’s in the casino). Will definitely be back. ”

“Staff professional but not that friendly. Not too impressed that in the off season we were not allowed to use the pool or check in till 2pm. We arrived at noon. Had the place been full I would have appreciated the wait for the room. Seems petty to not at least allow guests to use the pool until the room is ready. Exterior needs a facelift. Lobby is not inviting , very dark low ceiling, it needs to be on the second floor . Advertisement for the facility is not that great when you google it. ”

“Closed before I could check in at 10:30 with no notification. .I've stayed here before, it's not great, falling apart etc but was appreciative of a bed. Leaving me stranded without accommodations is irresponsible and dangerous. Do not support this business.”

“Really good breakfast! It changed every day and the coffee was good. Have fresh lemon cucumber, water every afternoon and soft bake cookies in the lobby. The staff was very, very friendly accommodating. Rooms were spacious and clean. Starbucks and bookstores food court a mall and a movie theatre right across the street. ”
